What are your operating hours?
Once you claimed your free swim kit, you will be able to view the operating hours.
How long will each class be?
It will be 45 mins, all equipment provided. Please bring along swimming outfit. Ticket to enter the activesg swimming pool will be have to be paid by you.
What ages does your swim school teach?
We teach age 4-14 kids, but also 16-18 years old teenagers. We teach government regulated and encouraged swim safer stages 1 to 6, where your child will obtain a gold certificate. We also offer lifesaving, bronze medallion and SSPA classes.
Is there a minimum commitment period?
You are required to join for a 3 month period in order to be eligible for the $60/month price and claim the free swim kit worth $65
What if it rains?
We conduct land practice or theory according to the Swim Safer Programme. However, Bukit Canberra is lightning proof so swimming lessons are still held when there are lighting alerts.
What are your coaches teaching style?
Our coaches use a supportive and friendly approach, focusing on collaboration and encouragement. Our goal is to guide with empathy, celebrate progress, and help your children grow in a positive environment.
What is your coaches to student ratio?
We maximum dedicate 1 coach to 10 students. Most of the time, other coaches will also join in to assist the head coach of the class.
What are some payment modes you accept?
We only accept payment via QR code such as paynow or paylah.
What are the payment terms?
$70/month for weekdays slot
$80/month for Sat & Sun slot
Compulsory registration fee: $50
Payment is collected every 3 months -> One month payment kept as deposit.
